ScentDrop Canada – Shipping Policy

At ScentDrop Canada, a division of East Coast Distribution Inc, we know you’re excited to receive your order—so are we! We work hard to make sure your nostalgic candy and dessert scented candles arrive quickly, safely, and in perfect condition.


Order Processing Time

  • All orders are fulfilled and shipped within 24 hours of being placed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will still be processed as quickly as possible, but may ship the next calendar day if carriers are closed or limited.

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).


Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within Canada and the USA,

  • All orders are shipped from St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada.


Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total, weight, and destination.

  • From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions (for example, free shipping on orders over a certain amount). Any current offers will be clearly shown at checkout.

  • Standard delivery times vary by province and carrier, but most orders arrive within 2–9 business days after shipment, depending on your location in Canada.

  • FREE shipping throughout Canada on all orders of $300 or more.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, or remote locations can affect transit times.


Order Tracking

  • When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number (where available).

  • You can use this tracking number to follow your order’s progress until it reaches your door.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

  • If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@scentdrop.ca with your order number and correct address.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we may ask you to cover the cost of reshipping.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

We carefully pack every order, but once a package is handed over to the carrier, delays or issues can occasionally happen.

  • If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number and tracking details so we can help investigate.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the packaging and damaged items

We’ll work with you to find a fair solution in line with our replacement or refund options.
